All parts and spare parts are produced in high accuracy in accordance with ISO System of limits and tolerances, in accuracy degree IT5 - IT6. It means in practice:

Threw accuracy machining under minimum roughness degree by application of accuracy measuring equipments with sensitivity of thousandth millimeter we are producing segments and parts which correspond threw ther accuracy to work gauge and rolling bearing in precision mechanics.
Example: high speed cyclodrive, elevators, pulley, chutches, shafts. Parts for industry pumps, spline shafts and pullies, sievec of metal netting into ceramic filters, parts of metal machining and woodworking machines, turbine, compressors. Thread shafts and nuts (M.V.G. module more-start threads). Bushings with taper hole (Morse 1-7 METRIC), parts for hydraulic presse, machine parts of roller and belt conveyers. Production of sprockets, face gears (straight and skew teet of module 6), straight-tooth bevel gears, worm gearings.
Segmente and parts have been produced of all type of disponible matgerial : aluminium, duralumin, brass, bronze, copper, alloy, cast iron, thermoset, thermoplast (textile, polyamide, teflon).
Products of steel class: 11 - 19 (examples: 12060 hardening steel,, 14109 bearing steel, 17027 corrosion resisting steel, 19373 tool steel.).
Products of alloy: of grey iron and modular cast iron, steelalloy, casting of other komposite, forged parts for road and farming machines, cementary railway transport, automobile - building and mining industry.
Extent of production capacity and professionality of workers enable to fulfill wide range wishes of clients in machining of produced parts, castings or blanks, also heat treatment and surface adjustment.
